As a producer, I oversee projects from conception to completion. Once I've bid on and estimated the job I begin with a pre-production meeting, I establish goals and set a timeline by which we must remain faithful. With a strict budget in place, I research location, props, talent and equipment essential to the production. I hire appropriate crew and set a schedule for the project. Upon completion, I conduct a post-production meeting to discuss strengths and improvements for the next production.
I have taken the time to get to know and understand my clients. I am easily accessible and highly respected. I believe in a give and take relationship where I give the clients what they want, but I take control of the situation for the success of the project. It is with impeccable detail, quality of work and ease of communication that I stand out.
